Mafia: The Old Country Walkthrough Part 14: 1907 USA
This walkthrough covers Mafia: The Old Country Part 14, set in 1907 USA. It details navigating mines, dueling Don Torrisi, and Isabella's escape, culminating in her journey to Empire Bay.
Head to Luca's wife, Valentina. There are two documents by the door. It seems Valentina eventually took her son, Sam, to Lost Heaven, the setting of the first game, where Sam was a significant character.

After fighting Cesare, push into the mine. Throw lanterns at areas with dynamite and gas to cause explosions and clear out enemies.

Don Torrisi will be shooting at you from a high vantage point. Use cover to dodge his attacks, then quickly advance during the intervals when he's reloading.

Shoot the explosive barrels, then sprint through the gassed areas. You'll lose health while in the gas.

Finally, you'll have a duel with Don Torrisi. If you defeat him without taking any damage, you'll earn the trophy/achievement "A Worthy Opponent."
The perspective shifts to Isabella. The balcony door is locked. Investigate the mementos on the ground, then find the key in the suitcase to unlock the door.

Examine the documents in Don Torrisi's office to learn that a priest revealed Isabella's secret. Leon's grandfather has passed away, and Don Torrisi has acquired his family's businesses.

When they realize the young lady is missing, seize the opportunity to head downstairs.

Go left after going downstairs and open the door to find the housekeeper. She'll help distract the enemies, giving you a chance to head to the cellar.

After exiting the cellar, sneak to the doorway and meet the housekeeper.

Finally, engage in a showdown with Tino. Maintain stealth and avoid detection, then strike from behind.

In the ending, Isabella obtains a ship ticket and heads to Empire Bay alone.
