After taking your car in for repairs, you'll go out with Paulie for some photography at night.
Knock out enemies from behind cover and then sneak inside. Paulie will help distract the enemies at the entrance.
Head upstairs, climb over the roof, and enter the building. There's a charm on the table inside.
Take a picture of the Marquis from outside the window.
After taking the photo, if you linger too long, someone will come to the window to hurry you along.
During the test drive, beat the train to earn the "Full Throttle" trophy/achievement.
You must win the race. After overtaking opponents, you can use your car's body to nudge them, preventing them from passing you again. Winning within 8 minutes will earn you the "King of Sicily Speed" trophy/achievement.
During the celebration, explore the nearby area and talk to the Lucas couple, Pasquale, Tino, Don Torrisi, and others.
Then, talk to Paulie.
You'll meet Giuseppe by the docks.
Finally, go to the docks to take a picture of Isabella.
